There are no guarantees in life. Even world-class country song writers have their ups and downs. I’m putting this in my personal blog, not that I need reminding of that.

One day, a man, his heart heavy with grief, was walking in the woods. As he thought about his life this day, he knew many things were not right. He thought about those who had lied about him back when he had a job.
I finally replaced my default search engine with one that works like it should. Google made more changes recently, in an effort to show more relevant search results. Perhaps it is time for an algorithm adjustment, since people are complaining.
As an eBay powerseller I took a new survey as eBay asked my opinions of a new seller classification. eBay is now considering classifying sellers as “Best Sellers.” Unfortunately criteria for this new “classification” includes eBay’s defective five star rating.
Yahoo bought GeoCities for more than $2.9 billion in dot-com-priced stock in 1999, when GeoCities had more than 1.1 million users. The problem was GeoCities had probably 500,000 users of the free website service that were up to no good.
